Immune Boosting Ginger Tea

This Immune Boosting Ginger Tea is a warm and soothing tea rich with nutrients that provide anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and immune-boosting properties.

Ingredients
  • 3 x 2.5cm pieces of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Serve with honey and lemon for flavour
Instructions
  1. Peel the ginger and cut into slices
  2. Bring the water to a boi in a medium saucepan over medium high heat
  3. Add the ginger slices and boil for 15 minutes
  4. Strain the tea, discarding the ginger pieces
  5. Serve with honey and lemon.
