Immune Boosting Ginger Tea
This Immune Boosting Ginger Tea is a warm and soothing tea rich with nutrients that provide anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and immune-boosting properties.
Ingredients
- 3 x 2.5cm pieces of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 4 cups filtered water
- Serve with honey and lemon for flavour
Instructions
- Peel the ginger and cut into slices
- Bring the water to a boi in a medium saucepan over medium high heat
- Add the ginger slices and boil for 15 minutes
- Strain the tea, discarding the ginger pieces
- Serve with honey and lemon.
